AcuHealth Acupuncture has recently introduced a new range of Perfect Potion products including teas and Mum & Baby lotions and oils.

Over the next couple of months, we will be publishing blogs that go into more detail on each specific product  – their ingredients, reviews from staff and how these can be used in your everyday life. To start the ball rolling, We’ve decided to commence our series of blogs, with the Chakra Balancing Tea.

This herbal recipe is a must when ordering our tea range as it will benefit everyone – no matter their needs. In basic terms, A Chakra is an Indian way of thinking, which acknowledges 7 spiritual channels throughout the body, starting at the base and working upwards to the crown.  Any kind of blockage or dominance of a chakra channel can disrupt harmony within the body and spirit. This means for example, if there is a blockage in your Heart chakra – you may experience some issues with feeling compassion. It can also mean that if one chakra is more dominant than the others, for example, your Sacral Chakra, you will need some sort of assistance in balancing your chakras to ensure all 7 channels work harmoniously. A Chakra Balancing tea does just this, used to “Rebalance and harmonise your chakra energy centres with this blend of 18 organically grown and wild harvested herbs, roots and flowers.”

In this blog, we will outline the ingredients and how these work with your chakras. We have also tried this tea so we will give out comments on the taste and smell as well! So here we go…

Overall

This tea is rich in both flavour and colour due to the abundance of herbs included in this Chakra tea. Due to it mostly consisting of flowers or garden herbs – there isn’t much of a grassy/earthy taste to it. We recommend this one for a hot tea as it isn’t quite sweet enough for an iced tea – but is still just delicious without any added sweeteners.

Enjoy!
