Dandelion Tea is the answer!!
LOVE the taste of coffee, but want an alternative, without the caffeine hit. Give Dandelion tea a try.

Dandelion tea is made from the roots of the dandelion or wish flower, as my kids call it. Once it has been roasted and ground up, it resembles coffee and acts as a great substitute especially if you are trying to limit your coffee intake.  It is also packed full of anti-aging antioxidants like coffee and is rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B and C, along with Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Iron.

Dandelion tea also has a detoxification function and can act as a natural diuretic, as it purifies the blood, cleansing the liver and kidney in the process. It is also said to help aid in digestion, reduce bloating and clear your skin. In TCM, we value dandelion tea to help with liver disharmonies.

Give it a try and let us know your thoughts.?
