Pork Mince Stir-fry, it’s so quick and easy that you won’t believe it!!

  • Sesame seed oil
  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 sticks Celery
  • ½ Red Capsicum
  • 1x tin 400g Corn
  • Carrot (1 cut small, 1x grated)
  • Red Cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Garlic

Fry off the capsicum, corn, celery and carrot with sesame seed oil, then add in the pork mince and onion, once browned add in the curry powder and garlic, and cook for 1 minute, add in the cabbage, grated carrot, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.  Add in rice vermicelli or egg noodles at the end.
