A delicious, quick and easy nourishing savoury option to add to your weeknight dinner rotation! It is full of green vegetables which in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) we know to benefit the LIVER.


  • 500g mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ of wombok cabbage
  • 3 sticks celery
  • A good handful of green beans
  • 1tsp of curry powder


  1. Fry off the onion and garlic in a large frying pan
  2. Add in the mince and brown.
  3. Once the mince is browned through, add in ALL the other ingredients with a little water (2 tbsp or so) to simmer down.
  4. Once the cabbage is no longer raw – it is READY!!
  5. Serve with rice noodles or on its own.
