How to stay away from colds, flu & Co.

Prevention is always best!

Here are our five top tips to stay away from the common cold in Winter time:

  1.  Eat warm and nourishing foods, such as soups and stews. Use some warming spices like cinnamon, cardamom and onions. Avoid cold and raw foods, salads, sushi & co. during the colder months of the year.
  2.  Put on a few more layers to protect your body and especially your neck from cold and wind. Just carry a cardigan and scarf with you and put it on when needed.
