Delicious Coconut Flour Cookies!

A really great cookie recipe we found on The Coconut Mama


These delicious cookies only have 3 ingredients!! 
  • 3 Tbs. Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbs. Coconut oil/Butter (cold)
  • 1 Tbs. Raw Honey
  1.  Firstly, preheat the oven to 185 degrees and line a baking tray with grease paper

Lorna Jane Nut Free Bliss Balls

Makes: 12 balls

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut + an extra 2 T for rolling afterwards
  • 2 Tbs ground chia seeds
  • 1 level Tbs linseeds 
  • 10 fresh pitted medjool dates)
  • 1/2 tsp ground fennel seeds (Note: If liquorice flavour isn't for you then replace the fennel seeds with 2 Tablespoons of cacao powder for a chocolate hit).

Coconut Snowballs

Delicious Gluten free, Nut free and Vegan Bliss Balls!

Makes 12 balls

1 3/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
2 teaspoons melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt


Place 1 cup of shredded coconut in a food processor along with the coconut oil. Process on high speed, scraping down the sides periodically, until it reaches a paste-like consis

 3 Ingredient Nut Free Bliss Balls

Ingredients: 
  • 6 tablespoons hulled tahini
  • 3 tablespoons honey*
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut








Directions:
  1. Place the ingredients into your food processor and quickly pulse until the mixture is combined and sticking together.
  2. Use damp hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place in the fridge over night to set.
